This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.paspartu.rs (the “Site”).

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Enquiry Information that we collect generally to process any enquiries and orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices, agreement and/or order confirmations).

We need your personal information to provide you with services and products requested by you, or to respond to your enquiries. In other words, so we can perform our contract with you or take steps at your request before entering into one.

Any service or product provided by Paspartu Photography is purely voluntary. You are not required to provide any personal information to us unless you wish to purchase our product, or order services that require such information. If you do not agree with the terms in this policy, then please do not provide us with personal information, exit the site, and do not interact with any aspect of our business.

By sharing your personal information, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order or an enquiry through the Site, we will maintain your Enquiry Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
